Do you charge a transaction fee?

There is no separate transaction fee to the customer other than sales tax required by the government.

How do I book a tee time?
A:
One of our goals at TPV is to help you develop a better relationship with the golf staff at the course of your choice, so we believe that interaction with their staff is important. To book a tee time, just call the course.

How does the golf course know that I am a TPV member?
A:

It’s simple – When you show up to the course to play, just present your Driver’s License when you check-in. The course staff will look you up in our system, confirm your membership, and then you’re ready to play.

Is there a charge to create a TPV Membership Account?
A:

There is no charge – it’s free to join!

Q:
What is the difference between a Renewable and Non-renewable membership?
A:
A course partner with a Renewable membership is one that you can purchase repeatedly on a monthly basis as you desire. A Non-renewable membership is a trial membership. These Non-renewable memberships are intended to give you the opportunity to play the course you are interested in so you can determine if their staff, course, and amenities are a good fit for you.

My credit card is good; why won’t your system accept it?
A:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club in the U.S. Please check that your credit card information has been entered correctly. Double-check your card number and expiration date. If that does not work, complete the Contact Us form and be sure to include the error message you are receiving.

What about sales tax?

Memberships will be charged Sales Taxes per guidelines of the Tennessee Department of Revenue where The Players View is registered as an LLC.

What is the TPV Golf Course Consultant’s role?
A:
Our TPV consultants are trusted professionals who not only partner with us in communicating with our course partners but also in many cases are golf professionals with varying certifications who are great teachers to connect with in your local community.

What is your weather policy?

Memberships begin once payment is made. Weather is a non-cancellable event.

Where can I find the TPV Golf Course Consultant for a course to which I have already purchased a membership?
A:
TPV Golf Course Consultants are listed on your Memberships page once you have become a TPV Member and purchased a membership.

Why am I required to create a TPV Membership Account?
A:
To purchase TPV Memberships, you will need a TPV Membership Number, which you receive when you create a TPV Account. This helps identify you to the participating partner courses and it allows us to provide you with a history of your participation as well as access to other member benefits.

Why are there multiple membership offers for some courses and not for others?
A:
Membership offers are at the discretion of the participating courses, and courses frequently update their offers. All purchased memberships, however, are good for the term of the membership even if the course changes their offer details during your membership term.

All membership sales are final. They are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

This course has a limited number of monthly memberships available. Once the course memberships have reached their monthly allowance you will receive this message. Please check back on a daily basis as memberships become available on an ongoing basis.
